I’m planning to make paper crafts like cards & stuff. Cards w/ ribbon & stamps & more.

Get yourself some fine, really sharp scissors, and a decent cutting mat, rulers (either metal or the heavy plastic ones used for patchwork). If you are going to use stickers etc, you will also need a fine pair of tweezers. Get some double-sided tape, glue sticks and double-sided mounting foam.
There are also some good paper slicing machines, with attachments for scoring card, so you can cut and make your own card blanks, instead of buying readymade blank cards.
These are the basics, and you can add special scissors, corner-cutting stamps and rubber stamps if money allows, or as you get more creative. Have Fun!!!!!!
