Digital art basically is art composed with electronic equipment, predominately computers. The media essentially consists of the plethora of software packages available. To name a few: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Paint, Paint.Net, all kinds of CAD software, the list goes on.
Check out Youtube painting demonstrations and you’ll soon find someone streaming a video of a digital composition. It’s a great way to study how a process unfolds, and gives something to appreciate in the time, effort, and skill that artists invest in bringing a thing of beauty into the world.
